LOCALLY OWNED. PERSONALLY DONE.
Clean Start Pressure Washing Services LLC is a one-owner exterior cleaning company based at 204 SW Noel St in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
TEN YEARS, ONE STANDARD.
At my locally owned business, I pride myself on integrity and, backed by over 10 years of experience. Why pay more for another company when you can enjoy my services at a reasonable price, 100% satisfaction guarantee! I am committed to ensuring my customers are happy, providing detailed work and leaving no stone unturned.
Clean Start exists because exterior cleaning is easy to do badly. High pressure in the wrong hands strips paint, scars decking and etches concrete. Ten years on the wand teaches you which surfaces need chemistry instead of force — and that knowledge is the whole service.
Every estimate, every wash and every walk-through is handled by Jeremy Phillips personally. That means you talk to the person doing the work, the price you're quoted is the price from the person who set it, and the property gets left cleaner than the truck found it.

COMMERCIAL GEAR, CAREFUL HANDS.
Commercial-grade soft wash systems, metered downstream injection and rotating surface cleaners — the same equipment that lets us clean a 20-year-old deck and a restaurant drive-thru with the same confidence.
Solutions are biodegradable and mixed for the surface in front of us. Plants and furniture are protected before we start and rinsed after we finish. We test on a small area first, every time.
